Why does my opener keep overheating in summer?
Bullhead City sits in a severe heat climate band, and openers mounted in unshaded garages take the brunt of it. Motors that run fine in spring can start cutting out mid-lift by July. If yours is doing that, it's worth a look before it fails outright.
